I have acquired a substantial range of experience and expertise since having worked for Multi-National and Czech companies in line management and senior leadership roles. I have also spent time at home and abroad. All of this experience is now available to my Clients.
My passion has always been to ensure people are able to do what they like in a broadly benefiting way. In such a way that the products and outcomes of their efforts and endeavors are needed, recognized and rewarded. If applied to the employee-employer relationship the employees are happy with what they do. The companies in turn benefit from their increased prosperity and growth, which is measured by the economic performance.
When working for a wide spectrum of businesses ranging from global professional service providers to local publicly owned enterprises I have always focused on employee selection and distinction. I have worked with senior executives, hiring managers and HR professionals aligning the needs of business with people.
